Most swaps complete within 5 to 15 minutes from the moment your deposit receives its required on-chain confirmations. Litecoin and TRON are typically on the faster end of that window. Bitcoin timing follows current network congestion. The engine runs continuously — no business hours, no manual review, no approval queue anywhere in the process.

Step 1: select the coin you are sending and the coin you want to receive. The live rate displays immediately with the fee already embedded. Step 2: paste your destination wallet address — the only piece of information the platform ever asks for. Step 3: a unique one-time deposit address is generated specifically for your order. Step 4: send your crypto to that address from any wallet you choose. Step 5: once the on-chain confirmation fires, the swap engine executes automatically and sends the converted coins directly to your wallet. No email confirmation, no approval step, no waiting on a human anywhere in this chain.

If the amount sent falls below the minimum displayed in the widget, the exchange may not process automatically. Contact support at support@f-change.exchange immediately with your Order ID and the deposit transaction hash (TXID). Always verify the minimum amount in the widget for your pair before sending — it is displayed clearly before you confirm.

When you create a swap order, the live exchange rate is locked for 30 minutes. Your deposit must confirm on-chain within this window to receive that locked rate. If the timer expires before your deposit is detected, the deposit address remains valid and your funds are safe — the swap will execute at the prevailing market rate when the deposit eventually confirms.

The rate is fetched live from the market when you create your order and locked for 30 minutes, protecting you from significant price movement while your deposit confirms on-chain. The estimated receive amount shown at order creation reflects what you will get, subject only to minor variation from the blockchain network fee on the output transaction.

Only the technical data required to execute your swap: the deposit address generated for your order, your destination wallet address, the currency pair, the amount, and the order timestamp. This data lives within your active browser session and is tied only to a randomly generated Order ID. It is never linked to a personal identity. Yes. Monero is fully supported in both send and receive directions with no additional requirements or restrictions. BTC to XMR, ETH to XMR, LTC to XMR, USDT to XMR — all execute with zero verification. XMR is consistently among the most requested receive currencies on F-Change precisely because it is restricted or quietly delisted on most regulated exchanges.

No. F-Change is strictly non-custodial. There are no user balances, no internal accounts, no named wallets, and no custodial relationship at any point during or after your swap. Your deposit flows directly through the exchange engine and converted coins are dispatched to your destination wallet immediately on completion.

We do not perform identity-based AML verification on users. We reserve the right to screen wallet addresses against high-risk databases including sanctions lists, ransomware wallets, and darknet market addresses. First, check your deposit transaction using a block explorer for the relevant blockchain and confirm the required number of on-chain confirmations has been reached. If the deposit is fully confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed without your swap arriving, email support@f-change.exchange with your Order ID (format: ORD-XXXXXXXX) and the TXID of your deposit. We respond within 24 hours.

The Letter of Guarantee is a downloadable document generated at the time of each order. It records the Order ID, currency pair, amounts, deposit address, and destination wallet as a verifiable record that a swap was initiated through F-Change. It can be used as supporting evidence when following up with our support team or escalating a payment dispute.

Contact support@f-change.exchange immediately with your Order ID, the TXID of the incorrect deposit, and which coin was sent instead of the required one. Manual recovery may be possible on a best-efforts basis but cannot be guaranteed. Always double-check the required deposit currency shown on your order page before sending anything.
